Community Traders
This list serves as a -rep list, seeing as many times you may not be able to leave feedback on a user's profile either due to being private or public commenting disabled (in some cases, even friends can't comment); even more common is when a -rep message is left on a profile, it gets removed fairly quickly (sometimes in under a minute, as has been the case many times when I left -rep feedback). As a Steam friend of mine stated when I was leaving him +rep feedback on his profile, he's rejecting any +/- reputation comments on his profile because he sees it as a broken system; he would be correct in that matter seeing as false +rep comments could be left by friends or alternative accounts of the account the comment being left on & -rep comments nearly ALWAYS get removed, so it makes sense to keep the feedback on a source that they can not censor/moderate (originally I was doing this on my own Steam profile, but eventually I decided there was a better chance of it being found on my personal site through search engines).
This list also includes names of those attempting to scam users on trades or using exploits in Steam's trade system to steal cards (meaning they get the card from your end, but you don't get the card from their end). This type of activity doesn't even fit in a point-by-point reputation system, these individuals need to be avoided like the plague. For the sake of easily finding them in the list, I've applied a full-red background in those cells rather than using the standard background for the site. Furthermore they've also been listed on the Steam Scammers blacklist. If you do become a victim of an exploit or scam, block & report those users through their profiles & report them on any third-party sites (i.e. SteamTradeMatcher, SteamTrades, etc.) you may have started the trade through; Steam is maintaining the standard that they won't replace any cards that you've been scammed out of, but perhaps they'll at least receive a penalty for getting reported for it (I've seen this happen once on one of my friends when I was starting a trade with them).
Trade offers are listed with the users items before my items; user list is sorted by user ID (oldest first), since Steam nicknames can be changed at any time, however user ID URLs never change. Visible nickname at time of issue is what's listed in the first column; mouse over nickname link to get current username (if different from what it is now) or click on link to go to their profile:

There are others in this list that have not been added yet due to not having them in my logs when I decided to start compiling this list; it will be updated as more are reported.
NOTE: Trades are not sent to users unless there are duplicates on both sides of the trade & only trade offers will be made for those duplicates. Trade offers made to me will usually get rejected if I don't have a duplicate of that card. Acceptable reasons to reject a card trade offer include:
Rejected trade offers if not for an acceptable reason usually comes with a Steam user block & report to STM (if an STM user).
