Malicious, Illegal & Abusive

NOTICE:  For the safety of visitors of this site, I have taken special care to make sure there are no hyperlinks to this site on this page (any links you will see on this page will be to screenshots or PDF printouts hosted on this site or to other non-malicious sites with supporting information).  Visit that site at your own risk, it is filled with malware...

First thing to note is that full screen viewing has been broken on the site for some time.  It is expected this was done to make sure that other sites could not link off of this one, as well as to prevent search engines from indexing results of content that would be considered illegal altering bringing up the matter on the forums, which brings me to my second point.

On 7/27/2006, HentaiKey released a statement stating that President Bush was signing HR 4472 into law, which would classify hosting of all underage animated characters under the same penalties as hosting real underage pornography.  This was also the same time that HentaiKey cut the free account service they used to run & a number of sites in their network that had that content were wiped out, either having to remove that content or get expunged from the HentaiKey database.  Some sites ignored this (or were uninformed about it), others complied with the law changes, while others attempted to find way around being detected for hosting that content.

Rule34Hentai.net has underage hentai being uploaded to it daily & not just a small amount, but a rather large abundance of it.  The content can't be accessed unless you are logged into an account, which I suppose the webmaster/administrator (Rastafarian) believes protects him from getting in trouble for hosting that content.  There is a report function on the site, but not for what you would think, it's to report uploaded content as with underage female (apparently he's not concerned about underage males), so they can be flagged an restricted if not logged into an account.  Going to the site alone could get you in trouble with the law simply because of the content on it, even if you are attempting to avoid it (which really isn't all that possible); this is when things got hairy, I decided it was time to point it out to the authorities, with as many details as possible.

I have attempted to report this matter to the FBI in the past, however due to the nature of the complaint I attempted to file, I instead got redirected to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, where I believe the report probably got ignored due to the fact it didn't involve actual living individuals...

The third matter was the forums were poorly coded, not giving standard functions that most other forums have through use of BBCode formatting, but it also lacked edit & delete functions on posts, not to mention that many standard English symbols would auto-convert to HTML character codes, so the results of posts once posted ended up being a mess & hard to read.  The forums were eventually shut down, later adding ads, which brings me to my forth point.  I for one have made it a habit to avoid character I either know will cause this auto-conversion or don't know whether they will cause the auto-conversion (sticking to symbols I know that won't auto-convert); at one point I had a thread on there to test which characters had the problem (before the forums were shut down), if only to help the webmaster in fixing the problem, which apparently was never even looked at considering the problem is still there.

Over the past year, more & more ads & scripts were getting added to the site, to the point that the webmaster apparently was not doing his research on what ads services were safe & the result was that a number of these ads ended up being malicious.  Numerous complaints were made daily in an Ad Discussion thread on the forums (when he decided to bring them back), pointing out the malicious ads & while Rastafarian stated he was "researching" the matter to fix the problem, it seems the only thing he was researching was how to break security addons from being able to block the ads & popups...  It was obvious he had no intention in resolving the matter, he was more interested in getting paid for visits from his visitors, regardless of what malware they may get from his site (greed over value & safety it would seem), his response to the complaints said it all:

I gave a response to that comment (unfortunately I don't have a screenshot if it, one of the few I didn't back up from that thread) stating that he was explaining himself quite well with that comment; it's all about the money, his visitor's opinions don't matter.

There are a few ways to block the ads, although this is no small task.  I will outline a few methods here on how to block them:

• First thing you want to do with any site you aren't sure of is increase your browsers security functions to high for any site you aren't sure of.  If you believe you can trust a site, you can eventually move them to a medium security site or even low.  In my case (when it comes to Internet Explorer), I customize my rules to where I am prompted for any script or external site transfer & I disable iframes regardless of security zone.  Sites I believe I can trust I put in Trusted sites (which is set custom so that most prompts are simply allowed, with the exception of ActiveX), those that I know I can't get put in Restricted sites (which pretty well rejects anything special from loading).

• Second thing you can do it to restrict cookies.  Internet Explorer will prompt you when a new cookies is trying to be written to your computer, you can accept or reject.  Keep in mind that sessions cookies can still be written however, this is perhaps something you will want to disable in your Internet Options.  You can restrict cookies in Firefox also, however configuring those cookies can be much harder as you don't get prompts on new cookies & it's nearly impossible to figure out what cookies you need to allow when a site is requesting written cookies from external sites, so sometimes you find yourself just allowing all cookies on sites that aren't working properly & you can't figure out what external/embedded sites you need to allow cookies on.

• The third method (if your browser allows for it) is to download additional security apps.  I have a few I use for this function & in Firefox, it pretty well alleviates the hassle of ads on most sites (however they do sometimes trigger anti-ad or anti-script blocker scripts, but it's still possible to get around them, which I managed to so with the last plugin I'm going to suggest:

  • The first plugin I'm going to suggest is one called NoScript, which allows you to filter scripts from sites either on the site your visiting or external.  In my case, I disabled whitelists & increased the security rules in the plugins preferences, choosing to set my own permissions myself.  It does get a bit tasking using this method, but it's definitely more security that relying on just a standardized whitelist you can simply download, it will require some troubleshooting to figure out what scripts you need to allow to make some sites work properly, however (sometimes cookies on external sites can also play a part in whether the site works properly or not, but this plugin can tell you when an external site is being accessed).

  • The second plugin I'm going to suggest is AdBlocker Plus Pop-up, which I don't particularly use to block ads, but more unwanted pop-ups.  It will occasionally block normal pop-up that are intended to be opened on clicks, you will need to authorize certain sites to be allowed through it.  While it does extend the browsers pop-up blocker (running to separate pop-up protocols, it's still possible the browser's pop-up blocker could block a pop-up that you allowed through this plugin) & works much better than what your browser itself is capable of, webmasters are getting smarter & finding ways around it...

  • The third plugin I'm going to suggest is one called uBlock Origin.  This one is EXTREMELY advanced & allows you to block specific elements on sites rather than entire sites themselves (of course you could block entire sites if that's what you're shooting for).  It can be a hassle to configure, however there are some standardized whitelists & blacklists you can enable in the plugin yourself, however these can potentially break functions on sites that aren't malicious as well.  If all else fails, you can use the plugin's logger function & pinpoint key elements to block or unblock elements to get the site working how you want it to, it's just going to take some time to learn & some trial & error to get the site working in a proper (if possible) & non-malicious manner...

• The last step you could use is to literally block known malicious sites from being access through your firewalls (hardware or software, however software appears to be the more successful method).  When blocking unwanted pop-ups or ads don't work, I'll fall back to using my firewalls to blocking them if needs be, however be warned that some services allow these sites to get through blocks placed in firewalls or by IP by passing them through a reverse-proxy, this is where browser plugins become the failsafe (uBlock Origin has this ability).

Getting back to the matter at hand, I ended up having to use Internet Explorer to gather evidence for this review of the site, ever single time I loaded a new page (sometimes twice), I would get the following alert from Norton Internet Security in the bottom-right of my main monitor:

What it was essentially attempting to do what put malware on my computer from 2 different domains, but Norton kept blocking it.  At first I considered whether I wanted to continue collecting that evidence (PDF printouts, seeing as they didn't print properly through the CutePDF plugin in Firefox) through Internet Explorer, I later decided it wouldn't be a big deal as I could do a system restore afterwards & I could use this opportunity to also collect evidence on the malicious software being distributed through this site & block those sites in my firewalls, as well as updating my Virus Site Blacklist in the process.  The frequency I was getting hit by this was staggering, but using the logs in Norton, I'm going to compile a list here with supporting screenshots from those logs:

I did searches on both of these domains & didn't find much worthwhile to tell what it was (not even the domains themselves show in search engines, probably de-indexed for being malicious), but didn't appear to be ad services, so I fully expect the webmaster knew he was distributing malware through his site.  I did my part in reporting both of these sites to Google through the report option in Firefox, making mention the alerts were hitting me while going through Rule34Hentai.com in Internet Explorer.  As for the pop-up ads themselves, this appears to happen when you click on any part of the website whatsoever & continues with a single pop-up every time you click anything on the site indefinitely (there is apparently no limit to this).  One user who complained about a false anti-virus attack site in the Ad Discussion thread (which is apparently no longer there, seems Rastafarian deleted it), this one in particular is EXTREMELY nasty & nearly impossible to clean up, knowing only because I've had to deal with it (having to do an FDISK, format & reinstall of everything to get rid of it) & this appears to have come from a pop-up ad (which these other 2 domains don't appear to be related with).

The scripts for the pop-up ads & anti-ad/script blockers blocks were originally offsite, but now they are being hosted directly from the site, so in order to block them, you have to block all inline scripts using uBlock Origin or another similar script blocker that allows specific element blocking.  Of course in doing so, you also block scripts for image resizing & MP4 playback, but fullscreen viewing has been broken for ages & MP4s never really played correctly on the site anyways, so resizing scripts didn't matter to me seeing as I don't really bother with images anymore, the only thing I bothered with on the site was WEBMs, seeing as it was the only thing that could go fullscreen after the webmaster wrecked the site.

It was only after I started a thread on another forums about the fourms on Rule34Hentai.com that I noticed the layout changed & he added an anti-popup blocker script.  The interesting thing about this was when I started in that thread that I had his ads & pop-ups blocked using my add-ons, the method changed & the notice about the anti-popup blocker what updated to include anti-script blockers, so I'm pretty certain he's seen the thread where I was discussing the matter of wondering if the forums had been shut down or if I had just been cut off from them.  It was shortly after that thread started that the forums were reopened on Rule34Hentai.com, however I noticed the Patron link on his site disappeared, probably because I mentioned something about it being there to fund hosting of stolen content, which brings me to my forth point.

The forth thing I'm going to bring up is the fact that all this content on this site is pretty well stolen content; the site has the potential to getting hit with DMCA Takedown orders regularly, so people that are cross with the site, contacting the original artists might be the way to do that (wouldn't be the first time I've done this).  To make matter worse, he started a Patreon page to fund hosting of the stolen content.  And it doesn't stop there, he is apparently using the Patron page as an ultimatum to remove ads (which so far I haven't seen does anything when it comes to the pop-ups), which is outright disgusting when you consider his ads pretty well bury visitors in malware on Rule34Hentai.com...

The 5th point is that this site has an obscene amount of abuse & racism getting throw around it, unrestricted by Rastafarian, which has allowed all hell to break loose & turning the site into one of the worst cesspools on the web.  I had already lost all hope for the site when Rastafarian made it clear he didn't care what his visitors thought, didn't care if he was infecting their computers with malware & didn't care of people chose to leave the site in the dust because he had a hardnosed attitude that he wasn't going to change anything (with the exception of the Patreon bullshit, which I can't see makes a big difference anyways), but I took a chance in bringing the racism (more on this in the next section) to his attention to see if he would do anything about it.  As expected, he had no interest in getting these racist lowlifes under control, but what shocked me was that he considered the racist comments "freedom of speech":

Honestly I was appalled that something classified as a hate crime could be considered as freedom of speech, this guy was even lower than I thought he was before & he was already scraping the bottom of the barrel...

Of course it didn't stop  there, once Rastafarian gave his opinion on it, a number of the racist maggots started coming out of the woodwork & directing their racist attitudes towards me.  At this point I am going to include an index of the entirety of that thread up to where it is now (updated as needed) to show just how badly the administrator of this site has allowed it to stagnate into the cesspool it now is:

Racism hasn't been the only problem however, there have been other discriminatory comments made in these posts, a good number of them being directed at autistic individuals & sexual orientation (apparently using the terms as an insults).

Getting down to what prompted the creation of the thread, I'm going to point out a history of comments from a number of users based on their profile pages, show just what kind of racism they are throwing.  Before I start the list however, I'm going to point a few things:

• abs pointed out a couple users that were apparently being discriminatory towards Caucasians, which I hadn't seen before, but I agreed with his judgment.  While I can't exactly say this is racism (more like trolling of those being racist towards Africans/African Americans), I do agree it's placing an unneeded stereotype on Caucasians.
• The other thing I noticed while I was collecting proof (PDF printouts) of the racism from other users, there was one name that kept coming up as being responded to.  I looked up that user's profile & it appears he was taking the same stance in white trolling that the other two abs mentioned were.

Aside from all the different forums of discrimination, a common insult that gets thrown around regularly is, "Kill yourself".  No normal human being would tell another to kill themselves, this just shows that the bottom-dwelling scum-suckers of the hentai world converge here & the webmaster unfortunately ignores the entire situation unless it is directed at him in particular... 

UPDATE:  On 7/26/2017 (just after midnight) it became apparent that somebody was trying to hijack my Facebook account, as I received 2 different emails stating that somebody had attempted to reset my password. I reported to Facebook that I wasn't even attempting to log into my account, somebody was trying to hijack my account & they should look into blocking the IP address of the person that was attempting to do it.  Given you need an email address to log into Facebook & the email address registered to my Facebook account is the same as the email address account registered to Rule34Hentai.net, it was pretty obvious who was trying to hijack my account based on timing alone, Rastafarian was looking for revenge for this review being published.  You might think it was actually commie1128, however it is unlikely this lowlife would have been able to find out my email address, the most likely culprit was the webmaster/adminstrator, Rastafarian himself.  This gives further indication of how this site is dangerous, cross the head of the site, he'll try to steal your accounts, this is why I made sure all my passwords were different than the one on Rule34Hentai, as I knew he might attempt something like this.  In any case that email is pretty much a trash account anyways (or at least that was the original intention of it, didn't exactly turn out that way), and I have two-step authentication on most of my email accounts (as well as various other accounts), so he's not going to succeed in this & his attempt has only pointed out further danger in having a registered account on his site.

UPDATE:  At around 6:35 AM Mountain Time on 7/26/2017, I attempted to make a post in his Report Advertisement thread (not really expecting anything to come of it, but figured other users could use that information to block some of the malware), I was greeted with the following error:

The other thing I noticed (starting with last night, after I noticed the emails where Rastafarian attempted to hijack my Facebook account) was that commie1128 was taking his time responding, I was honestly expecting more retaliation out of him & at the time I thought he had decided to back off.  It wasn't until I attempted to make the post previously mentioned that I realized why commie1128 wasn't responding, it's because he couldn't respond & from the looks of it, nobody else can either.  While I am surprised it took Rastafarian this long to do anything about the discussion gone south (and that's an understatement) in the Racism thread, I am perhaps almost as surprised on the method he chose to take to stop the comments & that was by cutting everybody off from leaving a reply on the forums by literally breaking the reply function; the forums will likely disappear again in the near future.  the other thing I noticed last night when I got the reset password emails from Facebook was that the counter for this page had jumped about 7 posts, another 3 by morning (not that I actually got any sleep last night, I was busy putting some anti-hacking fail-safes in place).

While I was expecting to do this regardless, seeing as I wasn't able to leave the reply, I decided it was higher priority to get it done.  Here are a few PDF backups from the previously mentioned thread where people are attempting to report malvertisement ads, yet none of them really do any good because Rastafarian apparently only started the thread to make people think something was being done about those ads, not to actually do anything about it:

I am considering going through every report by these users & reporting each site to Google as I did with the 2 that Norton kept blocking (the ones I have logged near the top of this review with screenshot proof), along with the same note as before as to what site is allowing these malvertisements to load from.  I will be going through my raw access logs later for yesterday to see he attempted to hack this site, where his IP address will be placed on the Hacking IP Blacklist & put in the IP/Hostname ban list on this site, the same thing that happens with all others who attempt to hack/bot this site.  I did notice a lot of activity last night when I checked the logs (mainly downloading of PDFs & screenshots of the Norton logs), however any hacking was likely done before the cutoff, so I'll have to go through the raw access logs to see what happened yesterday after I took a break from what was happening on Rule34Hentai.net.

UPDATE:  The forums did eventually start allowing posts to be made again, I only noticed this because I decided to check the forums again after I had received a scammer phone call & was about to list it in my Phone Blacklist, where I noticed one person has posted within the last 6 hours (which would have after I pushed the last update after getting the 500 error while trying to make a post).  Whether it was just a server misconfiguration or a legitimate disabling of the forums by the webmaster, I can't entire say at this point, all I can say is that it didn't work & now it does, so what actually happened is anybody's guess...

While I was at it, I decided to check & see if I was able to post to the thread I was previously unable to, this time it went through & is sitting on page 3 (at least until Rastafarian decides to delete it; I will be sure to note deleted posts when the post count is off) with details about the previously mentioned domains (can be viewed from the backed up PDFs above, I do not suggest going to this site directly, unless you have exceptionally high security on your computer).

UPDATE:  commie1128 started in with the aggressive verbal vomit again, proving that during the server misconfiguration, nobody was actually banned & it's still underdetermined as to why it actually happened.  commie1128 is making it clear on SO MANY levels the he believes he is immune to any form of penalty for his obvious mind-fucked attitude & has no intentions in stopping.  The interesting thing about this was this was the same situation with PSN user EPICMINECRAFT25, until a number of his PSN accounts got penalized for harassment towards multiple people (including myself & one of my PSN friends, although I expect he has done this freely towards other users as well), a number of his Twitch accounts got banned & eventually the police were contacted (where he later disappeared, I would expect either getting arrested or warned in person by the police for his actions).  The thing with this PSN user however is he slipped up & committed a crime serious enough that he could be tracked down for an arrest even if committed over the web; commie1128 so far has been smart in making sure he doesn't say something that would require an investigation that would result in him being arrested, yet he's still making it a point to continue pushing the matter, probably trying to drive me off from the site, however I guarantee that won't happen until the site is taken down, each comment he makes only further showing how much of a lowlife troll he is & waiting to see if he pushes the matter to a crime that he can be arrested for even when committed online (when that happens, both the site & the information I got from tracing his IP address, including the IP address itself will be supplied to the police, where the next step will likely be a subpoena to his ISP for his personal information & an investigation into Rule34Hentai.net, resulting in it's forcible shutdown for illegal content & malvertisement distribution).

What I find odd about this is Rastafarian still has not stepped in on the matter, either because he feels the direct abuse is warranted due to putting his website in the spotlight (which wouldn't be surprising after he attempted to hijack my Facebook account last night) or he just doesn't care what happens on his site as long as it doesn't affect the standing of his site, but it's gone far enough as it is, the longer he ignores it, the worse it's going to get (including the reputation of his site, seeing as I am continuing to update both this review & the Cox Communications review as needed) & I expect a full shutdown of his site & Patreon, along with an arrest in the near future.

It was at this point I reclassified the forum post chart above to include other forms of discrimination outside of just racism, seeing commie1128 appears to be attempting to set a record on how many discriminatory references he can throw into one thread (I don't think he even realizes all the discriminatory references he's throwing even after he's posted them & calling him out on them doesn't do a bit of good either, it just further fuels the obvious rage he is displaying on so many levels, it would make a straight-laced churchgoer ill for days...if not longer).

UPDATE:  I checked the forums again on 7/27/2017 (going directly to the Racists thread last night through my browser history), come to find out the thread where the retaliation from commie1128 had been deleted:

Seems Rastafarian finally decided to do something about the shitstorm retaliation that was happening in there, although all that meant was deleting the thread apparently...  I will continue listing accounts throwing racism in this review when I run into them however...

One other thing to point out was I had a user contact me on Twitch during my stream of Fortnite last night, he was asking me why I spent so much time on the site; I pointed out that I don't actually, currently only checking the forums to update the review because that one lowlife had a severe case of foot-in-mouth syndrome...  He asked why I kept feeding the trolls; I pointed out I wasn't going to back down from a lowlife that felt he could pressure people off of the site through highly abusive verbal attacks, I would continue updating this review as necessary.  I was kind of busy with the game, so responses were limited, but it seems he joined the stream only to discuss that matter.  While it's still undetermined who it was that contacted me over Twitch, there is a fairly high chance it might have been Rastafarian, however it is probably equally high a chance that it could have been donkboy, seeing as I actually stood up for him when he was called out for being a racist (while he may not be racist on the site, he does appear to be one of those artists that do underage 3D renders).  I would also expect there was further retaliation from commie1128 based on what was stated during my stream (which I already expected as much, the ignorant asshole couldn't keep his vomit from going all over the place), but seeing as I didn't actually see it, I can't actually provide proof on it, nor do I know what he said (I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious how he retaliated to giving out his ISP, city & state, however), although I do have a pretty good idea of what would have been said based on his past extremist tantrums in that one thread alone...

UPDATE:  I noticed that I am apparently dropping a number of followers from my Twitch channel, originally I expected it was because the Free Games list is likely to be removed indefinitely, however I now believe that commie1128 may be playing a part in those losses.  I know some of my friends wouldn't believe any slander he may be spreading around, so he won't get rid of all my followers, but once I have lost a significant amount of my followers, I will likely be seeking an investigation as to what is causing it, that means subpoenaing Twitch for the chat logs of those that unfollowed on or shortly after 7/26/2017, where I expect any responses my followers may have gotten will be the key to determining who is at fault for it happening.  I have taken note of the user that contacted me on 7/27/2017, I believe that username may play a part in the loss of followers.  Of course losing followers doesn't really hurt my channel anyways, it would if it were a matter of donations, but the expectation of this happening is the reason why I have in my rules on my chat to let me know if somebody is slandering my channel in any shape or form & to report them through the Report function on their channels so Twitch can deal with them.  The investigation will be to determine if I have a valid case to take somebody to court for a slander.

UPDATE:  On 8/8/2017, I went back to the forums to find that a number of posts had been deleted from the 3rd page of his Report Advertisement thread, including the ones I left previously, but not limited to just that, a comment from licky69 (posted before my posts) was also deleted:

In all honesty, I already expected those posts to get deleted as a high probability of other posts I've made in the past to get deleted, which is why I keep backups (the Page 3 hyperlink in the 7/26/2017 update proves this).  Seeing as Rastafarian did exactly what I was expecting him to do, the backups are now going to be put to good use in showing what he censors from the forums.  My posts in particular shows the domains that were distributing the redirect malware & he obviously didn't like me pointing that out one bit.

The other thing I noticed while accessing the site today was there was a new script that NoScript caught, which was coming from oneclickmax.com.  What is interesting about this is when I did a whois on that domain, it appeared the domain wasn't even registered, so either it was just recently added & whois hasn't had the chance to update their records yet or the domain is simply a means to juke visitors (those who are complaining about the cascade of popups that quickly bury your browser in malicious ads) into believing something is being done about people getting overrun by malvertisements...

UPDATE:  Recently I made my second report to Patreon about the content that is on his Patreon page, the malware on his site & the illegal content on the site (as well as likely in the paid sections of his Patreon page), which also included the report made to the Center for Missing & Exploited Children (originally an attempt to report the matter to the Internet Crimes division of the FBI, but due to the nature of the report, it instead got sent to another department), Patreon has yet to do anything about the page set up to fund this abomination of a site (despite the change in rules on Patreon stating that adult-oriented Patreon pages can not have images of adult content or links to the external sites of the same content & what makes it worse is the Patreon page has directly links to this site with the malware on it).  It's interesting how search engines, law enforcement & funding programs (such as Patreon) are all allowing free access to a malicious website that is likely infecting computers daily, a rather ironic situation that I hope one day will be taken care of, but in the mean time, Rastafarian is sitting happy knowing he's infecting their computer & likely getting income from the malware & malvertisements that are interrupting normal web usage, not to mention the income he is gaining through Patreon using his forced ultimatum of deal with the ads, pay to get them removed or get the fuck out...  Furthermore the content on this site only fuels the mindset of a sexual predator (if an individual is not there already, only making the severity of it worse), why sites that are supporting this type of content by making it easily findable is where it shows the situation is a lot worse than what we may think it is...

UPDATE:  It has been about a week and a half since I made the report to Patreon about the page created to fund hosting of this site, I would have expected them to at least force a change of the banner, I can see no changes have been made thus far, which pretty well tells me that Patreon does not care if they are helping to fund a hentai site with illegal, underage content.  One would have to ask, what does this say about Patreon themselves?  I'm already aware they allow people to be paid for underage content & a number of artists use Patreon to get paid for that art, but what would happen if a subpoena were issued against Patreon to search the site & all private information for all users.  Along with the artists that or using it to create underage depictions of cartoon/anime/game characters, would Patreon also be charged for allowing the funding of artists that create underage pornographic material through the Patreon service?  Only time will tell, we'll see if Patreon learns before their site is under investigation as well.
